INSEE Vietnam- a leader supplier of cement, construction solutions as well as waste treatment management, is urgently looking for a Senior HRBP Executive, working in Hon Chong plant, An Giang province (old province: Kien Giang), to support employees & line managers in daily HR operations. Due to the plant&039;s long history of successful FDI, Hòn Chông- our major, modern & green- focused cement manufacturing plant, needs Vietnamese applicants with around 4 years of experience in similar duties, who can express ideas quite comfortably in English.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:
Act as a contact point for both employees and line managers for HR related matters and coordinate further actions where appropriate
Work closely with line managers to resolve people issues in retention, development, attraction and other HR matters.
Manage data accuracy (attendance, OT, personal data and so on) of plant people in HR systems for payroll and reports and resolve related issues where appropriate.
Execute performance rating calibration if needed
Execute Disciplinary Meetings with related parties which is assigned by HRBP Manager
Prepare documents for foreigners.
Manage processes of KPI setting and appraisal for in- charged Department
Build the process to maintain & measure the engagement activities.
Drive the communication channel of HR.
Implement the engagement activities as planned.
Analyze job profiles in the Department, with focus on key positions for proper consulting to line managers about career development, remuneration and others.
Advise and consult to Line Manager on IDP build up and implementation
Coordinate a high- performance culture for in- charged Department through performance management process with line managers
HRIS:
Well control and maintain all HRIS: no critical error, supportive.
Well- maintain employee master data on SAP HONC & ESS/MSS.
Recruitment & On- boarding:
Assess and discuss talents with line managers.
Support Line Manager on building on boarding program.
Join interview and consult Line Manager to select the right people for the right position.
Work closely with Line Manager and Recruitment team to post job, arrange interview and offer candidates.
Provide training for team/new comers as required.
Young talent program:
Support and be a bridge between Line Manager to ensure they have fully support and well managed.
Manage young talent road map to make sure they follow and on track.
Data and employment management:
Manage data accuracy (attendance, OT, personal data and so on) of plant people in HR systems for payroll and reports and resolve related issues where appropriate.
Prepare internal/external reports on plant people.
Manage employment flow of plant people from joining to last employment dates (probation evaluation, employment contract, L&D, Performance management) exist interview.
Other projects/assignments as and when required by the manager.
SELECTION & INTERVIEW INFORMATION
Selection process includes: Interview rounds, Site visit, and Online test.
- For the site visit, we welcome you to Hon Chong plant, for a closer look at your future workplace, accommodation, daily routine & living conditions
- For the 1st Interview rounds, if you&039;re in HCMC, it will be conducted offline in the headquarter.
(As this is a 2- day & 1- night field trip from HCMC, we will arrange 2- way company transportation, or cover bus tickets from HCMC, or from any Mekong Delta provinces for you. Safe accommodation will be arranged in our current employee dormitory, with main meals included).
