HR Operations & Administration
• Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and Japanese business practices.
• Support Managers in developing and running C&B policies, rewards programs, and health care plans.
• Work with Managers and Global HQ to create and apply policies for compensation, safety, welfare, and wellness.
• Manage end- to- end recruitment process for Vietnamese staff (mainly office based staff).
• Investigate compliance issues and support corrective actions.
• Propose and test improvements to HR systems.
• Handle HR- related reports to Governments as requested, documentation, and internal audits.
• Manage staff databases such as staff personal info, contract status, etc. and prepare contracts, personnel amendments, or termination notice.
• Oversee day- to- day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, HR records, and offboarding.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.
• Support the General Admin Department to expatriate staff in the work permit and visa/temporary residency card application process.
• Follow up insurance benefits claims with vendors.
Talent Acquisition & Development
• Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Coordinate employee training, onboarding programs, and development plans.
• Manage end- to- end recruitment process for Vietnamese staff (mainly office based staff).
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a bridge between Japanese management and local staff; help resolve employee concerns professionally.
• Support internal communication and contribute to building a strong company culture.
• Support to implement employee benefits, conduct & implement internal communication activities/events as needed to maintain and develop employee experiences.
• Making plans and implementing team building, internal activities, year- end party, and annual health check- ups.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and CSR programs.
HR Policy & System Improvement
• Develop strategies to boost employee engagement aligned with business goals.
• Assist in reviewing and updating internal HR policies, SOPs, and manuals.
• Create programs to build company culture and recognize employees.
• Coordinate and maintain company’s documents as Member’s Council, Company Rule, Manuals, Approval Process; office properties & the company seal.
• Support the digitalization or streamlining of HR processes.
