Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain database of candidates.
Actively handle the full cycle of the recruitment process: understand the business needs, analyze job orders, screen, interview, offer, and onboarding new hires.
Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
Support managers and employees on all aspects of employee- related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, engagement, corporate communication, etc.
Able to analyze candidate sourcing for all positions and make reports to see the sourcing overview monthly/quarterly...

WORKING TIME
: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Can- do attitude, integrity, fast- learning ability, result orientation, high commitment and responsibility.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
1- 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Social insurance: in accordance with the Social Insurance Law.
13th- month salary.
