REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders.
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent customer service orientation, ensuring satisfaction across departments.
Strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on problem- solving and delivering results.
Experience:
Proven track record in managing procurement processes, from sourcing and negotiations to vendor management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, particularly in categories like Facilities, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Office Maintenance.
Knowledge:
In- depth knowledge of procurement laws, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
A degree in Purchasing & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
