Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying business needs, building relationships and selling the features and benefits of early procurement involvement effectiveness and efficiency.
Minding risk – ensure business compliance with all related laws, regulations, internal procurement policies & processes;
Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager
Follow up and build renewal plan for Principle contracts of specific goods & services
Building vendor database and maintain relationship with Vendors to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.
Work out effective solution during process, consult, convince user to follow to save cost or reduce processing time
Be in- charge of Operation Procurement expenses including: Facilities, Administration Services, IT, Sale & Marketing Services, Office renovation and maintenance...
Ensures adherence to quality standards in all procurement activities and processes, and further improves the procurement processes by proposing sourcing strategies and suggesting improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability for timely delivery on projects.
Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes.
Review Vendor’s performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to produce better savings and further value added.
Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
Data analysis and statistics report
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and manage purchase requests from all departments within the assigned categories and liaise with internal stakeholders through the entire procurement process

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Good at English (ielts 6.0)
Good communication
At least 3 years working experience in Indirect Procurement related to Facilities, Administration Services, IT, Sale & Marketing Services, Office renovation and maintenance...
A Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or another related field
People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem- solving skill, result focus.
