Senior Integration Architect (IBM, Oracle, Tibco)_TA022

Objectives:
- Ensuring the Solution Architecture fits with the business requirements and well aligned with Enterprise Architecture
Main Responsibility:
- Control the implementation of IT Systems according the to the Target Infrastructure Architecture, Architecture Standard, Rules and guidelines and aligned with IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture
- Work with Enterprise Architect to define Policies, Rules, Standard for Intergration Architecture.
- Lead the team to define Intergration Architecture to meet the business requirement

Requirements:

Education back ground & knowledge:

- Deep knowhow about the SOA Architecture, Web service, Microservice architecture

- IT, Banking or MBA

- At least 5 years working in IT as Integration Architect Working experience in bank is preferable

- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

- Experience designing, integrating and managing complex integration solutions

- IT Architecture Certification is preferable

- Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices

- Communicating, listening and information gathering
- Must have excelent inter-personal communication skill, leadership skill in matrix working model.
- Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude

Skills:

- Language (English): Fluent in Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking.

- Time management and prioritization

Remuneration package:

Short-term incentive, Year – End Bonus ( by VPBank policy)

Salary: Negotiable

Allowance: lunch allowance 35.0000 VND/day, mobile allowance, Vietnamese holiday allowance

Working hour: from Monday – Friday, 2 Saturdays in month
