Senior Interior Designer

JOB SUMMARYThe Store Designer is responsible for surveying store sites and developing detailed 2D and 3D layout designs that align with GS25 brand guidelines. This role requires close coordination with internal departments (Operations, Merchandising, HSE, QC, IT, etc.) to ensure consistent and high- quality store implementation. The designer will oversee and verify interior design execution to maintain brand standards across all locations.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to line managers and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., MD, OP, Construction) to ensure all fixtures, furniture, and equipment are implemented as per the approved design.
Conduct on- site surveys and take accurate measurements of store locations to capture current conditions.
Propose and develop 2D and 3D concepts for signage, façade, and interior layouts aligned with GS25’s brand identity.
Review and evaluate work completed by interior design vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with approved concepts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Select appropriate materials and finishes that align with the approved 3D concepts.
Translate approved layouts into detailed technical drawings for construction and installation.
Research and update new retail display and store design trends to enhance the customer experience and visual identity of GS25 stores.
Present moodboards and design direction for flagship stores, including both interior and exterior concepts.

Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Photoshop, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Male candidates are preferred.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawing and retail space planning.
Skilled in 3D visualization and rendering.
Portfolio submission is required with application.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in designing layouts/concepts for retail chains or convenience store formats.
Detail- oriented, creative, and meticulous in design execution.
Hardworking and agile; able to meet tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of interior design, furniture, graphic elements, and finishing materials.
