Senior Interior Designer

• Conferring with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, interior design preferences, purpose, and function
• Coordinating to print and bind all materials according to project requirements.
• Interior Design- 2D/3D design.
• Providing illustrations for products whenever necessary.
• Participating in all phases of the ID process, from Concept to Construction follow- up.
• Interior concept design.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with clients, external parties, and internal teams to ensure projects flow smoothly without delay
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Advising clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
• Professional use of 3D Sketche up for Client and team presentations.
• Controlling quality of 2D designs at all stages of design.
• Following all reporting procedures as instructed.
• Producing 2D/3D (sketch up) technical and detailed drawings to illustrate the project to the Client but also to other design departments
• Visiting sites, taking note of necessary information, and reporting to the design manager/project leader.
• Controlling design project files.

• Can- do attitude, proactive communication and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Writing skills to write project descriptions, communicate by email, and prepare reports
• Good knowledge of construction details and materials
• University degree in Architecture or Interior Design Major.
• Proficiency in using in order of importance: Sketchup, Auto cad, Indesign, Photoshop, Indesign, Microsoft Office and office machines
• Critical thinking to solve/foresee problems before asking others
• Good hand sketching skills
• From 5 years’ experience or above
• Aesthetical, creative, and organization skills
• Ability to use other software (Illustrator, 3d max) is a plus
• Enthusiast in learning and improving for personal and career development.
• Proficiency in 4 skills of English: writing, speaking, listening, reading.

• 22 days leave per year (including 12 annual leaves, and 10 holidays)
