Intermodal product Specialist as part of the VN intermodal product team is a role where the incumbent is expected to drive our Intermodal product include truck, rail and barge businesses both through organic and inorganic growth. He/she will own the product P&L for Vietnam and is expected to work on P&L Management, budgeting, product & solution development, pricing strategy. Strong stakeholder management is expected across the peer group in sales, procurement and customer experience

- Target setting for Intermodal growth
- Define growth/segmentation opportunities
- Collect and analyze market intelligence
- Provide input for Inland tender preparation
- Develop area products and pricing
- Vietnam Intermodal Strategy and Direction Setting
- Support commercial teams and provide training and coaching on intermodal products.
Define Local Value proposition and Differentiators for Inlands
- Performance manages Intermodal in respective geography
- Develop new Inland products
- Set Inland tariffs
- Optimize Inland cargo and corridor mix
Accountable:
- Product Trainings to Sales/Commercial Teams
- Organic & inorganic growth on existing product offerings
- Customer Satisfaction
- Intermodal P&L for Vietnam
- Product Pricing Strategy
- New Product Development

High Language proficiency (English & Vietnamese) to communicate clearly, consistently, and frequently to all levels of stakeholders, forums & engagements
Understanding trucking cost model for solution designing
Strong analytical, scenario mapping and decision- making skills
3- 5 years of product or business development experience in trucking business in Vietnam (3- 5 years working in the position related to intermodal and trucking business; strong business development and customer relationship management capability)
Strong presentation skills
Strong excel/spreadsheet management, budgeting, and financial planning skills
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to draw data/fact- based insights, drive stakeholder engagement, take ambitious decisions and an attitude to drive projects
From global logistics company, managing intermodal products (trucking/rail/barge)
