Senior International Business Development Executive Công Ty Cổ Phần Giải Pháp Gene

Main Job Duties:
• Monitor the activities of commercial teams in SEA markets (excluding Vietnam).
• Continuously update product knowledge, market situation, as well as company’s goals, vision, values.
• Coordinate the activities between the oversea teams with the head office.
• Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethic, and regulations of a firm.
• Oversee the processes and continuously give timely support to achieve the sales target and develop brand equity.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the local commercial teams to plan and develop effective market development strategies.
• Perform related administrative tasks.
• Manage and/or support BD processes including partner engagement, deal analysis, proposal, negotiation, and contract management.
• Forecast and track key business metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Assist with challenging client/partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key partners, customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Monitor the performance of teams to spot work areas that require improvement.
• Assist country directors in the planning and organization of periodic internal meetings.

• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, healthcare, and related areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Open minded for growth, resilient and enthusiastic.
• Experience and successful track record in business development, marketing, or commercial related roles in the field of pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or health services.
• Availability to travel if needed.
