Senior Investment Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. As a member of our investment team, the Senior Investment Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of financial markets, possess excellent analytical skills, and be capable of contributing to the overall success of our investment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing and Analysis:
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess strategic fit and alignment with investment criteria.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in various sectors.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment on potential investments.
Investment Execution:
- Lead the execution of investment transactions, including negotiations, structuring, and closing deals.
- Develop financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the investment process.
Portfolio Management:
- Conduct regular reviews and updates on investment valuations, risks, and returns.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive value- creation initiatives.
Market Research and Trends:
- Provide insights and recommendations on market dynamics to support investment decision- making.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience as an Investment Associate or similar role in the financial industry, Big4 company is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master&039;s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
