Senior IOS Developer

ABOUT THE JOB

Perform code reviews and implement necessary updates to the codebase and associated libraries.
Collaborate with the project architect, technology leads, process owner, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to analyze current processes and define future business requirements.
Regularly update source codes and manage associated repositories to ensure the maintenance of core and support systems.
Influence product features, drive system architecture, and promote best practices to ensure a high- quality product.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance in design, development, testing, and implementation processes.
Design, develop, and maintain core system features, services, and engines for the iOS mobile app.
Take full ownership of assigned features and products.
Contribute significantly to the development of the infrastructure for our Learning Experience Platform during the foundational phase.
Develop and maintain the core systems and features for the learning platform.
Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver high- quality software on tight schedules.
Work alongside scientists and engineers to explore design options, prototype new technologies, and assess technical feasibility.
Integrate feedback from various stakeholder groups into the development of the LXP.
Liaise with both external and internal partners to comprehend business requirements and execute development tasks for the LXP.
Serve as the lead developer for iOS mobile app development, concentrating on LXP development and prototyping.

ABOUT YOU

Deep understanding of Xcode, including project configurations and code signing.
Proven ability to write comprehensive test suites (unit, snapshot, UI tests).
Proficient in SwiftUI, XIBs, and manual UI coding techniques.
Knowledge of push notification implementation and experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Git.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
At least five years of iOS development experience, with a portfolio on GitHub.
Experience with data persistence (Core Data, Realm, SQLite) and API integration (REST or GraphQL) via URLSession.
Demonstrated ability to build accessible applications and integrate multimedia content in iOS apps.
Experience working in collaborative environments, with both pair programming and code review processes.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working on Lyon (France) time zone (2PM – 10PM Vietnam Time)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Project, and Teams.
Advanced skills in iOS SDK, Swift, and familiarity with architectural patterns like MVVM and VIPER.
