Senior IT Application Support - CRM

System monitoring and stability
Daily administration support task
Taking responsibility to deploy the change on production system (working with vendor)
Understanding well the existing business functionalities on current CRM systems and satellite systems
Support on review the Change Request with Business Analyst
Report to Head of App Departments – CRM
Understanding the issue raised by Business users, working with other teams to collection information, handling the issue, able to configure and check production system, working with vendor to delivery the fix

University degree, preferably in top IT universities, preferably in Technology
3 years of experience in banking/financial/insurance company
3 years of experience in System Development and Business Analysis
1 year of experience in CRM system would be advantage

Overall knowledge of CRM system
to enhance/configure system on SAAS (Software- As- A- Service)
Manipulate Database, Postman, SoapUI to check and test system
Analyzing skill for production issue
Understand of consumer lending product/process (core/non- core) would be advantage
As Senior guy, can help and lead member would be advantage
to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
