Senior IT BA

Investigate and explore IOT/MES/APS solutions;
Collaborate with Customers on requirements gathering, Business Process Design (BPD), Functional Design (FD), testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation;
Collect information, work both independently and collaboratively with other teams to clarify the business requirements and ensure the feasibility of the solutions before announcing to the customer;
Study and work on the smart factory projects;
­Design object- oriented UI/UX and create URS, BRD, FSD documents using appropriate tools and software.
Undertake other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Analyze GAP, change request and other enhancement request from customers;
Support and back- up other team members;

Good at communication skills, detail- oriented, strong organizational skills.
Experiences with data analytics tools and proficiency in Excel, SQL, with UI/UX tool in Axure, Figma
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline;
Availability to travel domestic or overseas when the company requested;
1+ years of experience as business analyst
Ability to multi- task and work independently under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
