Senior IT Business Analyst Data Experience

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, present findings, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Ensure that business analysis activities align with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software development and business analysis.
Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the development team.
Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software products.
Work closely with BA Lead, Product Managers and Developers to gather and document business requirements for software products.

Must have

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master&039;s degree is a plus.
5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on data/AI- related initiatives.
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and lifecycle (e.g., model training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
Proven experience translating business problems into data or AI requirements.
Experience with software development tools and platforms, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.

Prefer to have

A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management System, E Commerce and Finance technologies.
