Senior IT Business Analyst

Develop business requirements specifications documents (BRD) or user requirements specifications.
Research, consult, propose new application solution.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Organize and work closely with departments and users to collect and analyze the organization&039;s business requirements to recommend and build system processes
Build test scenarios and perform testing bases on business or end user specifications.
Develop user manuals and organize professional training for stakeholders.
Manage change requests and issues during application system operations from user & department.
Analyze and handle application issue arising during operation and closely coordinate with the development and QA to resolve business- related matter in case of application issue that cannot be self- resolved.
Build and manage technical documents for developer to implement on the system.

Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis
Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions
Assess the project risks and work on the mitigation strategies to ensure that the software development process progresses smoothly and meets project goals
Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company
Bachelor’s degree in in Business, IT or related field
Defining excellent documentation and users’ stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team’s backlog
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
3- 5 years of experience on Business Analyst
Participation on system and acceptance testing to assure the quality standards
