Senior IT Operations Engineer

• Participate the IT project implementation and provide end user training.
• Assist in the deployment of global changes and projects (Participate, Deployment, Training, Management of business participation and change).
• Manage IT assets and ensure the inventory accuracy.
• Handle and troubleshoot all IT related hardware, peripherals and software problems, and support on standard and Non- standard IT service request to ensure IT system running smoothly.
• In charge of business specific IT demand (changes & projects), aligned with global strategy (User Requirement Specification, Acceptance, Deployment, Training).
• Manage all IT systems full stack in the responsible sites against agreed service levels.
• Assist and coordinate with the end user to improve work productivity with regard to solving PC and network issues including data management, teleconference and relative hardware and software.
• Identify and coordinate training needs and provide the training.

• Good learning skill, willing to learn new technology and share within the team
• Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and hardware/software systems, Cisco/MS certificate or experience is preferred.
• Good communication skill, within the team and with end user
• Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located in other sites.
• Self- starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results.
• Experience working in a formal change control process environment is a plus.
• Proven working experience as an IT engineer or relevant expertise is a must.
• Working experience and good knowledge of network infrastructure, such as Intranet/internet, security system, in accordance with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switch, router, firewall, printer.
• Ability to trouble shoot issue, analysis, seek all ways for a proper solution
• Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• 5- 10 years experience for Senior level and 2- 5 years experience for engineer level within IT infrastructure work on the job.
• Good written and verbal in English communication skill, foreign- funded enterprise working experience is a must.
• Candidates must demonstrate good interpersonal skills, provide IT service to end users including setup, maintain, update hardware and software in industrial site environment.
