Success Profile- Qualification and Experiences
A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a relevant discipline- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP / Prince 2) is preferred
Advanced knowledge and experience on IT change management methods and practices such as ITIL, COBIT- Financial literacy to forecast and manage project budgets
English standard of proficiency as required for the role
Ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking to operations and systems planning across a range of technologies
At least 8 years of experience in information technology with at least 5 years of IT Project Management experience
Experience with banking systems (Core banking, Electronic banking, Treasury, Data Warehouse, Payment)- Knowledgeable on all facets of IT (Application and Infrastructure)
Understands business requirements and technical limitations as determined by the organization&039;s enterprise architecture
At least 4 years of managerial experience
