Senior IT Quality Control Officer

Job Purpose

- Ensure product/project quality with deliverables
- Develop skills and ensure resources for project implementation
- Consult/Review project test strategy, and test plan
- Continuously improve the test process

- Training, sharing testing skills or testing knowledge Monitor testing progress
- Execute test, log a bug, and create a test report
- Communicate with the dev to verify the bug
- Analyze business requirements, changes, and impacts
- Review Test plan, test cases/checklist/scenarios
- Design, and develop a test plan, test cases, and define business scenarios.
- Coordinate and communicate testing timelines to the Test Manager Project Manager and related stakeholders.
- Define/suggest a test strategy for the project

Qualification: Graduate from the University of IT or finance field
Experience

- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong leadership skill
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, reports
- Strong problem- solving skills
- Strong quality orientation
- At least 2 years experience in Insurance or Banking testing
- Experience working on different development lifecycles: Agile scrum, Waterfall
Certification: ISTQB Foundation

+ Have knowledge about software testing lifecycle
- Tools & languages: Have knowledge about defect management, test management​
