Reporting
You report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:

Be able to deliver the first presentation and presales on the company&039;s capabilities.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Understand the ITO market well.
Interact closely with clients to understand their requirements.
Build strategic partnerships with SI (solution integrators) companies.
Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the post- sale follow- up stage, acting as the primary contact point for problem- solving during project execution.
Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensure deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are signed off to avoid unnecessary risks.
Prospect and generate new pipelines.
Cooperate with the delivery team to prepare a comprehensive proposal for customers.
Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies; actively seek new leads/opportunities in targeted markets.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

Strong listening and questioning skills- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills.
MBA/BA degree in /Marketing/Business administration, or equivalent.
Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes.
Fluent in English both oral and written & listening is a must. Specifically, being able to quickly identify client’s pain points in calls, email exchanges, chatting, etc.
At least 3 years experience in B2B Sales or related fields.
Highly developed social, interpersonal and communication skills.
Have knowledge of computer systems, IT, and IT Services.
Strong passion for business development.
