Senior IT Sales (Outsourcing)

Senior IT Outsourcing Business Development Specialist position is a key sales role with responsible for executing sales and business development strategies inside a strategic set of targeted market opportunities worldwide by working both independently and closely with technology partners, CEO and Senior Management.
We are firm believers in Agile methodology to delivering software quickly and doing biweekly demos to our customers. We work closely with our customers to ensure that the most important priorities are tackled first.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build company’s brand and long- term value with customers, markets and relationships by positioning company’s services in various partnerships/ecosystems/channels

Collaborate with the technical team and management board to deliver optimal solutions for each client.
Conduct market research and develop customer acquisition strategies in key regions (U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore, Australia, etc.).
Provide technology consulting, software development services, and dedicated developer teams tailored to customer requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, contract signing to post- sales account management.
Identify, build, and develop relationships with domestic and especially international clients who have demands for software outsourcing.

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and various service delivery models (Time & Material, Dedicated Team, Fixed Price, etc.).
Having an international client network or prior experience working with overseas markets is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience with partnership, SoWs, change orders and performance- based revenue sharing agreements
Minimum 3–5 years of international sales experience in IT Outsourcing/Software Development Services.
