Senior Java Backend (Java Fullstack Developer )

Senior Java Developer will assist in the design and development of server- side web applications by developing and maintaining functional and stable web applications to meet customer needs.
Senior Java Developer will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging backend systems to support functionality of applications.

Proficiency in Multi- Threaded Technology: Deep understanding of Java Memory Model (JMM), garbage collection (GC), and related concepts.
Technical Decision- Making Skills: Consideration of technology costs.
Solid Understanding of Distributed Systems: Ability to address more complex system integration, design, and distributed systems challenges.
Knowledge of Popular Technologies: Familiarity with various popular technologies in the market. Nuanced understanding of their advantages and disadvantages.
Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science, communication, or a related field.
Collaboration with Architects and Customer- Facing Skills: Follow architects’ guidance and engage with customers to resolve most of their issues.
Development Frameworks: Familiarity with SpringBoot, MyBatis, and other development frameworks.
Performance Optimization Expertise: Capable of diagnosing more complex performance issues and providing effective solutions.
Security Technology Awareness: Ability to solve medium- difficulty safety problems.
Disaster Recovery (DR) Awareness: Preliminary understanding of DR practices.
