WORK LOCATION: Ha Noi, Da Nang

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design new features.
• Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Develop and maintain high- quality Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.

Ability to code at a high level:
• Code quality: Awareness of clean code and maintainable code practices.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Architecture- related factors, such as performance improvements, are considered bonus points and not decisive criteria for pass/fail.
• Language: English proficiency: Intermediate level. Able to communicate effectively in work- related situations, including interviews and client discussions.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages and frameworks: Specifically Java (or Kotlin) and TypeScript.
• Capable of understanding questions, presenting ideas, and explaining technical concepts in English.
• Currently engaged in daily coding tasks.
• Complex problem- solving skills: Not just coding based on requirements, but also being able to analyze and propose optimal solutions independently.
• Management experience will also be considered as bonus points.
• Understanding of architecture: Including system architecture, solution optimization, and code performance- at a level where improvements can be implemented based on guidance from Tech Lead.
