Senior Java Developer Japanese N3+

Maintain clear documentation and technical specifications.
Work closely with PM/Manager and clients to ensure project success.
Analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable system architectures.
Review and improve code quality through structured code reviews.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Research and apply best practices and new technologies to improve development processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 4 years of experience in Java development.
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Good Japanese skills (JLPT N3+)
Familiarity with front- end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, etc.
Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
Familiarity with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major
Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
