Senior Java Developer (JLPT N2, Sign-on Bonus)

Mentor/coach lower developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit tests, tests, and deployment.
Stay up- to- date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Create systems design with instruction from the Project Leader.
Join some parts or the full lifecycle of software development.
Other assignments from the Manager.
Willing to take business trips or work overseas.
Create design specifications independently.
Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.

Working experience in project management as Project Leader, Team Leader or BrSE
Experience in the estimation, and implementation of complex project
Good knowledge and hands- on experience in SQL/non- SQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant major
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications
Software Development in Java knowledge is a MUST. Hands- on experience in other technologies such as Web API, AWS, and Backend development experience is a big plus
Familiar with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology
Good at Japanese (JLPT N2+)
Leadership skills are a plus

Onsite opportunities: short- term and long- term assignments in Japan, and APAC.
