Senior Java Engineer

Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Write well- designed, testable, efficient code
A developer is responsible for several Java- related duties throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. The developer is required to create user information solutions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java- based components and interfaces.

Technical skills:

Propose changes to the current Java infrastructure.
Manage Java and Java EE application development.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Design, implement, and maintain Java- based applications that can be high- volume and low- latency.
Transforming requirements into stipulations
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Hands- on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework.
Analyze user requirements to define business objectives able to write Unit Tests using MS Test.

Experience and Education:

Demonstrate analytical, interpretative, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently or with a group
Good time management skills.
From 5 years of experience in software development.
Have experience with Javascript for mobile is a plus
Strong problem- solving and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Structured and methodical approach to problem- solving
Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Self- motivated, a team player, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism
