Senior Key Customer Service Executive

This position is responsible for addressing customer requirements and expectations by providing products and service information; resolving products and service problems as well as providing corrective action plans. This senior position should also be able to address RFPs, RFIs and RFQs in close coordination with the respective account managers. This will include but not limited to all customer requirements agreed in SOWs and SLAs. The individual will also be required as needed to align / coordinate with other departments / colleagues to fulfill the customer’s requirements… or other assignments from the Customer Service Manager.
• Full accomplishment of RFPs, RFIs and RFQs with close coordination from account managers and operations colleagues.
• Handle all shipments from initial requirements till proof of delivery.
• Coordinate and cooperate with customers and the Schenker internal team for any coordination required.
• Communicate regularly with customers and be the main contact window between the customer and multiple parties (internal and external) to ensure efficient handling and customers’ requirements.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Develop more business from existing customers.
• SOP / SLA formulation
• CAP accomplishment
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

• Bachelor in Foreign Trade/ Economics/ Foreign Language.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
