Senior L&D Specialist

Our client is a leading delivery platform- based company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:

Evaluate training effectiveness, identify organizational issues that need improvement, and provide proposed solutions from an L&D perspective.
Research and deploy E- learning system.
Develop internal teaching staff and build learning and development roadmaps for employees at all levels.
Coordinate with functional units to analyze and evaluate job positions, build competency frameworks and competency dictionaries, analyze job requirements and evaluate employee competency gaps.
Implement plans and training needs, running training programs for operating departments nationwide.

Ability to work across departments, multitask, and work flexibly.
Creative thinking and initiative.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Journalism, Culture or any related field.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and software to create e- learning materials (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise,...) is an advantage.
2- 3 years of experience in a related field or have a passion for human resource development.
