Additionally, the role addresses ongoing organizational capability needs and fosters a strong learning culture to support the company&039;s long- term development.

Manage training systems and outcomes, including learning data, evaluation results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve training effectiveness.
Develop a pool of internal trainers, including identification, capability building, and performance support to strengthen in- house training resources.
Diversify training formats such as e- learning, gamification, podcasts, expert articles, and internal blogs to optimize cost, scalability, and learning impact.
Implement learning culture initiatives, such as Wiki4All, Centre of Functional Excellence, and Y4A Academy, to promote continuous development.
Organize training programs (internal or external) based on capability needs and business demands.
Design and deliver general onboarding programs to help new hires quickly understand company culture, vision, and core values.
Consult and support departments in implementing effective functional onboarding programs tailored to specific roles or business units.
Conduct training needs assessments across the organization to identify skill gaps and design development roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
