HSE Related Roles and Responsibilities
· Organize HSE practice: fire drills, spill drills and equipment PPE, chemical spills,
first aid tool.
· Cooperate with Local QHSE and perform the hazard spot checking, implement 5S+1 and HSE audit monthly.
· Review Risk assessment and Environment aspect yearly and new activity in laboratory
· Review, follow up, prevent, and ensure the safety in Laboratory such as:
- Working environment comply with Laws and Regulations: Fume hood, noise, light, XRF, fire, explosion, static electricity…
- Safety management system establishment for hazardous chemical and ensure the safe management of hazardous chemicals comply with laws and regulation: chemical storage (SDS, GHS); Waste management; Gas storage…
· Emergency response of hazardous chemical accidents, fire explosion…
· Occupational health hazards, prevention in the workplace, maintain the first aid equipment is in working condition.
QM – Accreditation Related Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible to follow requirements of complaint management process as described in the global SOP.
· Responsible to deliver QHSE induction trainings to all newly joined employees and regular training for respective legal entity.
· Ensure all activities in laboratory comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (clause 4 to clause 7) and global documents.
· Audit plan, conduct internal/external audits.
· Responsible for coordination and communication with the external party on scheduling of external audits related to accreditation / certification / authorization / notification.
· Follow up open internal/external audit, customer feedback: NCs, CAPA(s) status update, ensure on time closure.
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

- Thorough knowledge on ISO 17025 accreditation requirements; HSE regulation; GHSclassification system
- English (Good command of written and spoken)
- Over 3 years’ experience working for QHSE role in Chemical laboratory.
- Experience in internal audit process
