Correctly and safely conduct Use test or all other Reliability tests and prepare raw data or report as well. Also assign test to Jr. Technicians as required to complete related test job. Manage Jr. Techs in assigned test group for daily work arrangement as leader.

Prepare test materials, samples and equipment as procedure required.
Manage Jr. Techs in assigned test group for daily work arrangement as leader.
Learning and be trained from test procedure and equipment operation.
Safely and correctly conduct test.
keep good 5S condition.
Achieve the requirement from lab engineer for testing efficiency and quality.
Recording for test details as test procedure required onto raw data report.
Assist Engineer to prepare test report or data related job.
Assign test job to Jr. Technician and follow up test related.

Testing relevant experience (good knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering will be preferred)

Learn from experience, actively purse self- development and feedback;
Good skills to operate the equipment;
Able to work actively.
Prefer to Chinese and English languages skills.
PC operation and software skills. (Web & Office software)

Be able to operate on- line TR system. (Web)
Fluent local language.
Able to work effectively.
Be able to write raw data report.
Be able to read English WI. (more ability of English or Chinese are preferred)
Good operating skills;
Good corporation and communication.
Office software skills of Excel and Word operation. (Other more office software skills will be preferred)
