Senior Lab Technician - Team Leader (Softline Testing Laboratory - Textile & Garment)

Key Role:

Overall supervise the textile laboratory. Be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of testing activities in the lab as authorized or assigned by Lab Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement the proficiency test/interlaboratory correlation and internal correlation test.
Review the test results to ensure the accuracy, compliance of test method and consistence.
Manage the quality system as fulfil and update the quality documents as per ISO 17025
Consult lab capability/ technical aspects to sales, customer service teams and customers.
Supervise and support the lab operators to keep lab TAT and meet customer’s requirement.
Update customer’s protocols to lab team timely and properly
Conduct training for staffs and keep profile of training record.
Other duties relevant to be requested by Lab Manager.
Promptly solve the issues to keep lab operation be safe, smooth and without congestion.
Expand the capabilities of lab as per customer’s and market’s needs.

Experience in operating of textile laboratory and knowledge of quality management as per ISO17025.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Garment/Textile technology or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
