Senior Label Compliance Specialist

Food Label Compliance and Brand/Trademark management is to oversee label compliance and brand/trademark management within the food industry across various markets with a focus on the US market. This role will involve ensuring that our product labels meet all regulatory requirements and managing brand/trademark when launching products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage local brand and trademark activities during product launches.
· Collaborate with the existing trademark registration team to ensure effective management.
· Manage and inspect all labels on product packages to ensure adherence to regulations and relevant standards.
· Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
· Become an expert in label compliance by analyzing and understanding reports and leveraging data library resources provided.
· Develop tools to manage the development of new labeling and modify standard operating procedures when regulations change.
· Understand and review label compliance requests for various products and markets, with a focus on transitioning from outsourcing to in- house management.

· Bachelor&039;s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
· Previous experience and understand in label compliance requests for various products & markets within the food industry; with a focus on the US market is a plus.
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
· Familiarity with brand/trademark regulations across different markets.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
