Senior Lawyer Vingroup

- Review transactions, projects and daily operations to find out legal risks that might impact on the company, both now and in the future.
- Propose counter measures to mitigate legal risks.
- Monitor and supervise the follow- up of the review, provide legal update and collect & provide opinions on legal documents and policies on behalf of the Group.
- Depending on the work scope, the counsel shall conduct the review independently or in cooperation with various internal departments team, other in- house counsels and external consultants.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that confidential data is handled in a sensitive manner.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize and deliver a wide variety of legal work given tight timescale and in a fast- moving environment.
- Advanced English command is required.
- Good written and oral communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience; significant experience of advising on complex legal issues with preferable working sectors: M&A, Fundraising, Real Estates or Corporate governance & operations or Intellectual property; large transactions or Commercial / Manufacturing.
- Bachelor and above degree from Law school or equivalent.
- Meticulous, critical thinking, business mindset.
