Senior L&D Specialist

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company&039;s business objective & employee development
Training design & delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives, ensuring high- quality content delivery.
Create engaging and effective internal courses
Building Learning Culture:
Act as Product Owner for the design and implementation of LMS to streamline content delivery, tracking and reporting
Drive initiatives to encourage self- directed learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across teams.
Establish and nurture a pool of internal trainers to enhance peer- to- peer learning.
Talent Development: Work closely with HR to identify high- potential employees and create personalized development plans for key successors
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand department- specific learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or related field
Adaptive to changes and evolving business needs
Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e- learning platforms
Good English language skills, both written and verbal
Strong desire for continuous learning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
At least 4 years of experience in learning and development roles, preferably in the technology industry
Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning culture.
