Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer (Python/NodeJS)

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on the end- to- end development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Develop server- side applications using Node.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices in software development.
Participate in code reviews, identify improvements, and maintain coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Proactively ask questions to clarify requirements and challenge existing solutions to improve and innovate workflow.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline internal processes.Utilize ReactJS for front- end development, creating user- friendly and responsive interfaces.

Familiar with React and its ecosystem such as: nextjs, redux, redux- toolkit, typescript,...
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
At least 6 years of experience with the position.
Strong English communication abilities.
Solid problem- solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and positive thinker.
Proven experience as a Full- Stack Developer with expertise in Reactjs and Nodejs (from 4 years).
Must be independent engineer and can make your own decision when the time is needed.
Familiar with Nodejs and its ecosystem such as: expressjs, nestjs, typescript,...
Familiar with application testing (unit testing, integration testing, e2e testing, BDD).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Has a continuous learning and growth mindset. You should be excited to learn something new as part of your daily work.
Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
Strong proficiency in front- end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Working in a fast paced, flexible, and multinational working environment. Chance to travel onsite (in 49 countries).
