Senior/ Lead QC (QA QC, Up to $2000)

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
Supervise team members
Execute manual test, identify, report, and monitor deficiencies and issues via tracking tool (JIRA)
Work with the core product team to understand, identify and analyze requirements
Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
Develop automation Testing from the beginning
Define and implement QA processes
Plan/ estimate project testing activities

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, analytical and problem- solving skills
Experience in testing Web Services, APIs and Database
Experience in SCRUM methodologies on Agile projects
4+ years of experience in Manual testing
Experience with test management tools (Jira)
Strong working knowledge of the QA review and testing process, designing test scenarios and test scripts, including understanding of various testing techniques
Demonstrable leadership skills
Strong logical reasoning skills

Nice to have:

Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT or related major
Experience performing compatibility, security and performance testing
Experience with automated testing
Good English skills in communication and documentation
Knowledge of Cloud based applications with JSON/Web Services APIs
