Senior/Leader Backend Developer (PHP/ Python/ SQL)

Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Analyze requirements, design, programming and perform testing based on design.
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience with web application development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React…).
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience working with AWS services is a big plus
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript…
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master&039;s degree preferred.
Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
