JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Accounts Receivable Management

Responsible for the day- to- day management of the accounts receivable portfolio.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
Monitor customer account balances and payment status.
Apply cash receipts to customer accounts.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and analyze monthly aging reports.
Provide input for improving collection processes.
Identify and report trends in customer payments.

Invoice Processing

Ensure that invoices are compliant with contractual terms and company policies.
Maintain up- to- date records of invoices and ensure all relevant data is accurately entered into the financial system.
Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers based on sales agreements and delivery confirmations.

Payment Processing

Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, discrepancies, or disputes.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to address and resolve any invoicing or payment- related inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:

Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills:

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational or e- commerce company is an advantage.
Experience working with accounting software, Quickbooks preferred.
4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
