Senior/Leader Tester

• Work closely with the Project Leader to align testing activities with project goals and quality standards.
• Estimate test efforts, including creating test plans, test viewpoints, and test cases.
• Support and train team members to enhance their testing skills and ensure high- quality work.
• Review and improve the completeness and compliance of testing work done by team members.
• Create, update, and share test documentation and technical knowledge as needed.
• Execute tests, manage test schedules, and report progress, bugs, and issues.
• Review and ensure engineering work meets quality standards by checking specifications, test results, bug reports, and Q&A.
• Lead the setup and maintenance of the test environment, including configuring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation.
• Analyze business requirements and suggest improvements to testing processes.

Must have

• Over 3 years of hands- on experience in automotive system testing, with strong knowledge of automotive standards and system architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to defect detection, system quality, and requirement analysis.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Capable of researching and learning new business domains and automotive technologies.
• Skilled in understanding and working with technical documents in English.
• Experienced in managing test environments and supporting test execution to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Ability to read and analyze project requirements, including business logic and processing flow.
• Proficient in testing various automotive systems, including understanding communication protocols such as CAN, PVM, MVC, and LWC.
• Able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.) is an advantage.
• Capable of planning test strategies, designing and reviewing test cases, and consolidating test results.

• Ability to mentor and support test engineers in their daily activities
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with outsource partner
• Experience with some tools of Defect Management System
• Positive, logical thinking, have a sense of responsibility
• Knowing the automation test is an advantage
• Japanese is an advantage
• Have ability to training new member
