Senior Learning & Development Executive

Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring cost- effective delivery of programs.
Design, develop, and update training programs that align with VNGGames&039; goals and employee development needs.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in- person and virtually, ensuring a participatory and interactive learning environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
Coordinate with external trainers or vendors as needed.
Manage and maintain e- learning platforms and other training tools.

Strong problem solving skills
Experience developing and implementing learning program and operations, especially, development plan for employee at big corp.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc...
Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
Minimum of 5 years of Learning and Development or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in Game, Tech, ecommerce…
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills; able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast- paced environment
