The Senior Leasing Executive is responsible for managing and supervising all the retail store’s operation activities and ensuring smooth running a day- to- day basis.
- Searching and exploiting potential customers.
- Draft and review contracts and assist in tenant handover
- Comprehensive monthly, quarterly, annual, campaign- based reporting with fact- based analysis & recommendations
- Appraise and evaluate potential tenant candidates and advise managers
- Perform researches, analysis, trend forecast about retail real estate market
- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants
- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants
- Lead the execution of all leasing communications activities.
- Manage tenant relationship activities and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction.
- Other tasks related to Leasing expertise are assigned by the Department Head.
- Coordinate and participate in developing design concept and layout plans.

Computer Literate: Should be competent in basic office skills.
Well arrangement scheduled working in professional way to achieve requirements.
Minimum 1- 2 years of Leasing Retails Experience.
Required to speak English fluently.
Retails Operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills.
