Senior Legal

Support in disputes settlement/ negotiations;
Represent the department as required in liaison with the business units/ external parties;
Contract/ document review and filing management;
Compliance control;
Support in licensing works/ coordinate with outsourced firm;
Risk management and provide timely warnings/ solutions;
Directly report to Senior Legal Counsel.
Maintain record and update on company information and legal representative change/ POA;
Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal topics;

Bachelor degree in Law;
Having knowledge and understanding of corporate/investment law and procedures; Labor law, customs law, …
Ability to deliver high- quality work under deadlines;
High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
Communication skills; Leadership; management skills
Time management and Problem Solving;
Willing to go for business trip;
English proficiency level: Intermediate or higher;
At least 8- year experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment or lawfirm;
Having knowledge in real estate/ manufacturing section will be preferable;
