Senior Legal Executive (Contract Review)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Analyzes and coordinates to guide the implementation of legal documents related to the Group‘s activities.
Ensures the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical legal advice on licensing, regulatory (labor, investment, import & export, F&B, ...) and counterparty risk.
Collaborates with other internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute strategies and initiatives that accomplish the company‘s business objectives while maintaining legal compliance.
Consults and implements legal procedures related to the field of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patents...)
Other legal work as assigned by supervisors.
You will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating a diverse array of complex commercial contracts, and counseling internal business partners, translate contract and legal documents.
Serves as a legal advisor, providing legal counsel and guidance and strategic advice.
Updates the system of legal documents and Vietnamese standards related to the Group‘s activities and report directly to management.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications

Analytical and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in law.
From 5 years of experience, experience in E- commerce is an advantage.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.
Critical thinking skills.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in regulatory compliance, especially in areas related to E- commerce.
Be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a fast- paced and dynamic environment, have the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Be proactive and self- motivated.
Enthusiastic about sustainability.
Exceptionally good communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross- functional teams.
