Tasco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Executive with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and support for the company&039;s M&A activities and corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters related to M&A transactions, including antitrust laws, securities laws, and foreign investment regulations.
- Develop and implement exit strategies for investments, including asset sales, IPOs, and private placements.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support for corporate matters, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, contract management, litigation, and shareholder relations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations, negotiate deals, and manage post- acquisition integration processes.

Qualifications
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and planning skills.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance deals.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in legal consulting and litigation.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in- securities, stocks, bonds, IPOs, or related fields.
- Ability to adapt to a fast- paced work environment.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and dispute resolution.
