Senior Legal Executive

YOUR JOB
Review services/ commercial/ economic contracts and legalised documents
• Licensing support: liaise with agency to prepare necessary documents, and submission to obtain and renew any licenses, approvals (including but not limited to business license, investment license, etc.).
• Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advises in a business environment.
• Advise by drafting all internal legal documents including Decisions/Resolutions/ Contracts/Agreements, NDAs, Regulations/Rules and other legal documents.
• Prepare, review, advise all kind of contracts, agreements or any other legalised documentation regarding daily company&039;s transactions to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in bilingual (English and Vietnamese) to ensure internal compliance with the laws/ regulations and protecting the company’s interest.
Internal Lawyers advise and procedures
• Legal consult, advise related to domestic, foreign and international legal documents.
• Coordinate with local authorities to carry out legal procedures on intellectual property rights, company registration procedures, investment procedures, etc.
• Provide legal consults on new business model or special issue by detecting and advising to prevent legal risks arising during company operations and activities.
• Update documents related to the company&039;s operations to provide legal advice related to the company&039;s business model.
Update law information
• Monitor and track new regulations, analyse their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
Litigation & Claims (if have)
• Support other departments and company representatives to resolve complaints and proceedings at administrative and judicial agencies (if any).

Qualifications
• Must have good exposures in handling internal legal advise and good relationship with local authorities is an advantage.
• Must have: Bachelor of Laws Degree
• Good command in English (both verbal and writing) & computer skills.
• At least: 03 years of working experience in industry of Manufacturing and export company.
