Senior Legal Specialist

Make a translation for legal documentations.
Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of corporate policies.
Advise on statutory compliances, assist and oversee relevant departments in the compliance and prepare regulatory reports, submissions as required.
Perform related duties as required.
Draft, review, critique, edit contracts, agreements, internal regulations, minutes, resolutions, decisions, applications, corporate letters and other legal documentations.
Provide sound legal advice to the concerned departments / “customers” as required.
Supervise and assist document control administrator in develop and managing legal filing systems.
Serve as contact person for Legal Department to handle legal and risk queries.
Detect, review, analyze, comment and provide solutions to legal and risk issues.
Monitor legal obligations under corporate agreements to ensure compliance.
Take care of attainment and amendment of licenses, governmental approvals, permits.

Education:

Practicing License;
Major: Commerce/Economic.
Bachelor’s Degree inLaws or related fields;

Experiences:

Field of experience: Customs, Banking, Environment, Corporate compliance, Real estate is prefered.
3- 5years of experience working in Corporate Legal;

Knowledge:

Expertise in working with Commercial Laws;
Deep understand about Business acumen.

Skills & Abilities:

Proven legal counseling knowledge and experience in business environment;
Excellent judgement and analytical skills;
Ability to perform complex legal/administrative work with accuracy;
Required technical skills: In- depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations;
Good atanticipatinglegal issues or risks;
Required soft- skills: Interpersonal and communication;
Excellent command in spoken and written English.
