Reporting to the Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for

. Operations Management:
- Ensure efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee the day- to- day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Set goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics, especially in campaigns.
- Improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:
- Optimize fulfillment cost according to company objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers.

Technology and Systems:
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain order management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Explore automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.

Customer Service and Support:
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address order- related inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment operations.

Compliance and Safety:
- Maintain safety standards, data privacy, and product labeling compliance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to order fulfillment operations.

- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in an e- commerce or retail environment with at least 3 years experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using order management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to logistics and order fulfillment operations.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
