(Senior) Logistics Manager

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements related to warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Manage and continuously improve OMS, WMS, and related logistics technologies.
• Lead logistics- related projects, innovations, and value- added initiatives to support business objectives.
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimize fulfillment costs in line with company OKRs.
• Set operational goals, define KPIs, and closely monitor performance, especially during peak and campaign periods.
• Lead a team of 10+ executives managing the performance of 16 partner warehouses.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve order- related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, meeting quality and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Explore and implement automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Oversee day- to- day operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and on- time delivery.
