Senior Logistics Officer (NEW)

- Reports to: General Manager

Overall purpose of the post- The Logistic Officer must ensure that all aspects of a logistics team are working together to fill orders and deliver materials on a timely basis..

Logistics role
- To work closely with Principals/Supplier and to update delivery schedule of every shipment.
- To check and ensure all shipping docs (BL, PL, Invoice, and L/C, C/O form) are appropriate for customs clearance.
- To ensure timely arrival of imported goods by tracking and monitoring until goods are delivered to the Customer in according with our commitment.
- In charge of all activities related to import/export, logistics, customs clearance
- To coordinate with sales to complete Order package and release order.
- To maintain and update daily shipments status reports, batch- wise stock report.
- Resolve logistics issues related to delivery, sales orders, customs requirement

Delivery- Ensure accurate and complete documentation supports each delivery to facilitate a smooth clearance at Customs and monitor for good condition of goods upon arrival.

Returns
- Reporting to Regulatory if good returns are due to product quality issues.
- Handle goods reject with principals/ suppliers.

Others
- Ensure completeness of documentation both physically and online in AX.
- Other ad- hoc assignments as required by the Manager from time to time

Customer service:
- Other activities relating to Docs, legal procedure for importing activities by CIF/ FOB
- Customs clearance consulting and advising.
